have you heard the good word of our lord and savior w3schools? but seriously i would have no website at all without them. you can figure out almost anything with just a simple search through w3s it's a literal life saver.
another godsend. this site and my professional portfolio are made with heavy reference to Blake Watson's how to guide through making your first website. i wish i had known about this before building an overly complicated mess for my first attempt. this tutorial is very easy to get through and requires no tools that aren't standard on any desktop or laptop.
